Cox Target Media, Inc. (CTM), provider of Valpak® network products, is a company of Cox Newspapers, owned by Cox Enterprises Inc. Using branded media products consumers trust, CTM connects advertisers to our audiences. We are able to talk to consumers directly because the people we reach with our coupons and other advertisements already are our audiences. They respond because they trust us to deliver the best values in town in our envelopes and other products. For our advertisers, we offer solutions: we help them sell their products or services - in person, online or in the mail.

Valpak.com® - the local coupon Web site that consumers visit again and again for savings and values.

Solo Values® - advertisers can mail any message, anytime, anywhere, to anybody.

Valpak reaches over 45 million unique addresses each month across the U.S. and Canada. In 2006, Valpak was the launch partner with Google to provide online coupons through Google Maps. In 2007, nearly 260 million coupon offers were viewed on Valpak.com, with an average of 21.5 million each month.
